Measuring and Benchmarking Innovation Potential in Tourism

The TTRA Europe 2026 conference brought more than 100 researchers, tourism industry representatives, policymakers and doctoral students from 17 countries to the UP Faculty of Tourism Studies – Turistica in May 2026. One of its Special Thematic Tracks took place on 15 May in the premises of Centre DOIT.

We ran it as an interactive focus group, Measuring and Benchmarking Innovation Potential in Tourism, linked to VIPSLOT, the national research project on evaluating and interpreting the innovation potential of Slovenian tourism. The session was moderated by Dejan Križaj, Tadej Rogelja and Jaka Godejša.
